A useful and tasty mixture:
- 150g Skyr
- 100g pumpkin puree
- 25g granola
- 10g mixed seeds
Add all to a bowl and eat (swirl together or leave separate as you choose …) It’s a decent slug of protein and vitamins (and gets in a colored veg!)
